Rules and Regulation
1. Check-in / Check-out Timings
Check-in: 10:00 AM onwards Check-out: Before 9:00 AM Late check-outs may incur extra charges unless pre-approved.
2.Visitors & Guests
No outside visitors allowed in rooms without prior permission. Guest stay is strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
3. Quiet Hours
Maintain silence from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are not allowed.
4.Use of Common Areas
Kitchen and laundry facilities are for residents only. Clean up after use — shared spaces are a privilege, not a right.
5.Cooking Policy
Self-cooking is allowed in the designated kitchen only. Gas/electric stoves are not allowed in individual rooms
6.Laundry Rules
Washing machines provided are for resident use only. Do not overload or misuse the equipment.
7. Discipline & Behavior
Respect fellow residents and staff. Any form of harassment or abuse will lead to strict action.
